For games, check the shortest UI space where the name appears and decide how localization will handle punctuation, diacritics, and name order.

Avoid treating patron deities, relics, feast days, pilgrimage, doctrine, and duties to a congregation as a bag of decorative clichés. Choose one or two details that genuinely belong to the character or community. Do not attach a false etymology to an invented form, and search important final names to catch accidental matches with famous characters, brands, or unintended words in another language.
